Please note, you are booking a budget delivery for your kit/s which can take from 0-5 Working days depending on when you place your order. If you require your PCR kit quicker (next day delivery) then please order the kit here

Once you book this item your passenger locator number will be issued immediately. Please note- we aim to deliver the package to the address stipulated on your booking form between Day 0-2 if ordered at least 3 days before arrival.
Orders placed will be dispatched within 3-5 working days (Monday- Friday only)
The package will require a signature at the point of delivery.
Once you receive the kit/you arrive back in the country you will need to perform the test at home within 2 days (for Day 2 PCR kits ) and then on Day 8 (if applicable) and then post it to our provider laboratory in the pre paid box provided who will then process the test. It can take up to 48 hours to receive the test results.
All tests booked through this form are NON-REFUNDABLE and the delivery cannot be rescheduled as they are in high demand.

I understand and agree the passenger locator form and my travel dates will be checked at port and Border Control.
I understand and agree this purchase will not be valid for travel for any passenger who has already returned/is due to return within 24 hours to the UK from abroad
